Pete has spent more than two decades as a technology entrepreneur, agency founder, and software development leader, delivering custom digital, data, and AI products for enterprises including Warner Bros. Discovery, Salesforce, Amazon, and American Express. The constant has been applying emerging technology where it changes something meaningful and measurable — modern web architectures, custom platforms, automation, and now AI — rather than adopting it on the strength of what it makes possible in principle.

At Growth & Co, Pete owns engineering and architecture. His current work is almost exclusively agentic development, end to end: a purpose-built harness with looping sub-agents, fit-for-purpose systems integrated with the systems of record the business already runs on, and the documentation, review gates, and accountability trail that let agentic development clear enterprise governance. It ends with the handover — the capabilities and playbooks a client needs to operate and extend the platform without us.
