Jason Heller

Jason founded Growth & Co after a career split between operating and advising. He has founded and sold three businesses, the last acquired by McKinsey & Company, where he became a partner and co-lead of the firm's global digital growth practice.

He has since led from the operator's seat — President of generative AI platform Persado, and Chief Growth Officer then CEO of mobile loyalty platform Mistplay, which grew nearly 300% in three years under his leadership. He advises and invests in AI and data startups, several of which have exited, including ActionIQ, Oribi, and OfferFit, acquired by Braze in 2025.

The through line is go-to-market and commercial transformation at scale, and increasingly the systems that carry it: building the agentic solutions and operating models that drive value in new ways for large organizations.
