Our Leadership and Genesis
Growth & Co was founded by Jason Heller, a serial entrepreneur and growth-driven operator. Over 25 years, he has helped create billions in enterprise value as a CEO, president, chief growth officer, and advisor to leadership teams, boards, and private equity firms. Jason founded and sold one of the first digital agencies, launched an early digital transformation consultancy (later acqui-hired by McKinsey), and co-led McKinsey’s global digital growth practice. He is also an active investor and advisor in the marketing technology and AI ecosystem, with a career deeply rooted in digital and data-driven business models.

By alleviating some of the challenges and trade-offs balancing urgent demands with important growth initiatives, we help empower and provide bandwidth to executives so they can shift focus to the most impactful and accretive growth levers.
